Heat oven to 350°F +2. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. +3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside. +4. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the melted butter and oil, stir until combined. +5. Stir in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. +6.
