+## Ingredients:
+
+Cake
+
+- 2 cups of flour
+- 2 tsp of baking powder
+- 1 tsp of baking soda
+- 2 tsp of cinnamon
+- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
+- 1 tsp of salt
+- 3/4 cup of sugar
+- 3/4 cup of brown sugar
+- 3 eggs
+- 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
+- 1 tsp of vanilla
+- 2 cups of grated carrots
+- 1 cup of pineapple juice (canned)
+- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
+
+ Icing
+
+- 1 x 8 ounce package of cream cheese
+- 1/4 cup of butter
+- 1/2 tsp vanilla
+- 1 cup of icing sugar
+
+## Instructions:
+
+- Grease and flour one 13x9 inches *or* 2x8 inches pan
+- Mix dry ingredients
+- Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened, then add carrots, pineapple and pecans.
+- Spread into prepared pan
+- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, let cool
+- Spread with icing
