+## Ingredients
+
+- 6-7 cups of apples
+- &frac14; cup of brown sugar
+- &frac12; cup of white sugar
+- 2 tbsp of flour
+- 1 tsp of cinnamon
+- 1 tsp of nutmeg
+- lemon juice (optional)
+
+## Instructions
+
+1. Peel, core and slice apples
+2. Mix all ingredients together (can freeze at this point)
+3. Place slices on bottom crust, cover with top. Slice vent holes into top
+4. Bake at 375&deg; for 20 minutes, then 350&deg; for 45 minutes to 1 hour
